8 years of evolving hospitality tech
Since co-founding the company in 2016, I’ve been part of shaping Convene Hospitality from the ground up growing it from a startup idea into a leading provider of self-service solutions for hotels across Europe. Over the years, I've worn many hats across design, product, brand, and business development, navigating two acquisitions along the way (Arribatec in 2020, Convene in 2025).
My work spans concept development, product strategy, UX/UI design, and design leadership — delivering everything from guest-facing kiosks and mobile apps to powerful web-based admin tools. I've led the creation and evolution of our products, built prototypes, tested solutions in real environments, and worked closely with developers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure every experience delivers real value.
Beyond product, I’ve helped craft our brand identity, created marketing assets, participated in international conferences, and supported hotel installations onsite. Being part of this journey, building a company, a team, and a category-defining product has been an incredible ride.
What I did
